These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dbt77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dbt77 website located at https://dbt77.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.

Defined Terms

In the event that dbt77 discovers, at any time, that a Player has misrepresented their age and is under 18 years old, dbt77 will immediately suspend the account, investigate all transactions made, withhold any winnings, and return only the net deposits made (minus any bonuses claimed). dbt77 will not be liable for any losses suffered by an underage player, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

dbt77 operates a strict one account per player policy. Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dbt77 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Specifically, you agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

dbt77 supports a range of payment methods that are widely used by players across Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dbt77 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer is available to one player per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through different accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the dbt77 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

If your account is closed by dbt77 for a breach of these Terms, any real money balance remaining in your account will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided. Where no breach has occurred and the account closure is at the player's request or due to responsible gaming self-exclusion, your net real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other supported channel) after identity verification is confirmed.

Voluntary Account Closure

Limitation of Liability

dbt77 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform and accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages affecting Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) access.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with dbt77 support, you may escalate the matter in writing. All escalated disputes will be reviewed by a senior member of the dbt77 team, and a final decision will be communicated to you within 14 days of escalation. dbt77's decision on all matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
